The third branch of Kanazawa’s popular izakaya 「Kanazawa Robata Appare」, 「Meshiya Gyokaijin」 Kanazawa Urakatamachi branch will open.
The opening date is Thursday, October 20, 2022.

「Meshiya Gyokaijin」 is more of a restaurant where you can enjoy authentic Japanese food in a casual and fashionable atmosphere rather than an izakaya.
We checked out their website and Instagram to see what kind of menu they have.
The lineup ranges from hearty meat dishes to light vegetable stews, fried dishes, and seafood sashimi!
The food is quite authentic, as there is also a set meal with silver rice cooked in an earthenware pot.

Since the store had not yet opened, there were no pictures of the store, but a search on the map seems to indicate that it is located in the area shown in the image below. This is where 「Rica-Mountain Kanazawa Katamachi 2-chome Store」 used to be.
It is located in Katamachi 2-chome, with the famous oden restaurant 「Akatama」 nearby.
