Kuroya
Many people give Kuroya a try when they eat Nodoguro in Kanazawa. You can also visit the restaurant casually. One thing to note is that reservations are required for seared Nodoguro. I have never seen so many people who have bad reviews about Kuroya. It can also be used as an izakaya (Japanese style bar), so it is recommended for evening dining.
