「Curry House Yamaneko Tei」 is famous for its anhydrous chicken curry, which originated in Hokkaido.
The chicken is packed with the flavor of spices and is known for its amazingly rich flavor.
The sweetness of the vegetables and the 15 spices intertwined in the roux are superb.
The spiciness can be selected from sweet to dry, so even children can enjoy it.
The turmeric rice, made with light 「Yumemizuho」 rice, is topped with a melted layer of rich cheese that will make you want another cup and more.
The accompanying yogurt salad and crispy fried broccoli are also very appetizing.
