「Love Live!」 series have been called sacred places in Tokyo’s Akihabara and Shizuoka Prefecture’s Numazu City, but the new 『Love Live! Hasu no sora Jogakuin School Idol Club』 (scheduled for release as an app in April 2023), which is set in Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture, some of the school facilities have been introduced on the official account, causing Love Livers to buzz.
Is the model of the school building that the members attend that school?
In 2022, a second teaser movie was released in which the members of 『Hasu no sora Jogakuin School Idol Club』 view the townscape from a hilltop with a mountain in the background, and the theory that the hilltop looks a lot like (and is the closest thing to) 「Utatsuyama Park」 took hold.
On January 5, 2023, the official release of a series of illustrations titled 【Hasu no sora Jogakuin Facilities】 early in the New Year brought a flurry of tweets considering the model of the school building.
Incidentally, Ishikawa Prefectural College of Nursing (Kahoku City, Ishikawa Prefecture), Kanazawa Tatsumigaoka High School (Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture), and Kanazawa Io Elementary and Junior High School (Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture) are really existing schools.
A photo collection of voice actors by Kanazawa location also attracted attention
In October 2022, 『Love Live! Super Star! Superstar!』, a voice actress, singer, and cosplayer from Shanghai, Liyuu will enjoy her 「first trip to Kanazawa in my life」 and her photo book 『Forever and Ever.』 has become a topic of conversation.
In addition, in December, 『Love Live! Nijigasaki Gakuen School Idol Club』, voice actress Moeka Koizumi, who plays Shioriko Mifune in the series, will release her 1st photo book on March 3, 2023.
