Checking the restaurant’s Instagram, the reason for the closure is apparently due to a shortage of staff.
It has been a long time since the restaurant and retail industry was said to be short of labor, but there are many places where the owner is running the business as a one-man operation.
The number of restaurants that are forced to close due to the aging of their owners is increasing.
The originality of the menu, such as 「curry-style tsukemen」 and 「chilled tsukemen with meat」 during the summer season, were popular for the sense of being able to eat a hearty meal.
