Jidori Ramen restaurant 「Hihumiya」 in Jinguji, Kanazawa, is temporarily closed.
It is unfortunate, as the restaurant was popular for its light jidori chicken soup.

The closing is a positive temporary closure, and we hope it will be restored!

「Hihumiya’s」 ramen has a clear broth made from Fukushima Date chicken, which produces a thick broth.
The combination of medium-thin noodles, large pieces of pork and bamboo shoots is reminiscent of the old-fashioned “Chinese noodles.
Soy sauce-flavored and salt-flavored wonton noodles are popular, and fried rice and char siu pork bowls are also popular.
It was a beloved local Kanazawa restaurant, but it will close on Wednesday, June 10….
However, the closure is only positive and is a temporary closure.
I would like to see it come back to life.
