「AAKU」, an Indian/Nepalese style curry shop offering a set meal style 「thali」 that is rare in Kanazawa.
An inorganic, modern space with a concrete floor. One would think this was some kind of studio, but in fact it is a curry shop.
It will open on June 10, 2022.
Sprinkled with nuts and raisins, the gravy also has a deep flavor. The exquisite sauce, a mixture of various spices, is mesmerizing.

Kanazawa curry is known for its rich, thick roux. Among such Kanazawa curries, this curry is characterized by its unique and salty roux.
There are many unusual curries such as 「Tamil Dry Pepper Chicken」, a dry type of chicken curry, and 「Kashmiri Mutton Yakuni」, which has a unique and lingering taste.
You can taste authentic Indian and Nepalese curry.
「Biryani」, a limited menu item, is available only on Mondays and Sundays.
