The third branch of the very popular ramen restaurant 「Ramen Yamato」 in Kanazawa City will have its grand opening on August 10!
Its name is 「Harurenochi Shigure」.
The pre-opening was on August 5, and the grand opening is on August 10.
「Harurenochi Shigure」 is a unique ramen restaurant in front of Kanazawa Station!
The ramen at 「Harenochi Shigure」 is a no-fat seasoning restaurant.
It is seasoned only with kombu and niboshi.
Eight kinds of dried sardines, including katakuchi and Uruume, are carefully selected and slowly simmered with kombu to create a special soup.
The noodles have a reputation for being surprisingly delicious.
We hope you enjoy the noodles and soup while savoring them carefully prepared.

- Tonkotsu Ramen
