The company behind the much-talked-about ice cream shop is SU-BEE Corporation, an Ishikawa-based restaurant planning and management company.
「OTM ICECREAM」 and micro-greens are a stylish combination! A new type of ice cream that is healthy to eat!
OTM ICECREAM is a flavorful ice cream topped with fresh green vegetables, or microgreens, grown in-house.
These microgreens are grown inside the equipment and are a new kind of vegetable with a futuristic feel.
Few people know about Micro Green yet, and in order to let more people know about it, the company opened a store in 「Kanazawa Komachi」, which is a bustling tourist spot. The pop-up store will be open until the end of August. There are 5 flavors.
