「Seasonal Oden Jun」, the new face of Kanazawa Oden, offers an unusual variety of Oden
Kanazawa Oden is an essential part of Kanazawa’s gourmet tradition. In the cold northerly winds, the pleasure of eating hot oden while sipping on it can only be enjoyed by Japanese people.
「Seasonal Oden Jun」 is soaked with the flavor of soup stock, and its soft and fluffy texture is irresistible.
The soup stock is also authentic, with a blend of Hokkaido Rausu kelp, sardines, and horse mackerel shavings creating a deep, delicious flavor.
Of course, the owner carefully selects delicious sake to accompany the oden, such as hoppy or soda, or 「Tetorigawa」, a Japanese sake from Ishikawa.
A la carte dishes to enjoy with alcoholic beverages are also available. There is also a menu featuring seasonal vegetables unique to Kanazawa City.
