『Mobile Suit Gundam: The Origin Exhibition』 is coming to Kanazawa Mza 【Kanazawa Event】

The 『Yoshikazu Yasuhiko/Mobile Suit Gundam: The Origin Exhibition』 will finally land in Kanazawa in December, after having been held at the Tokorozawa and Fukuoka venues.

Yoshikazu Yasuhiko has been involved in character design for the 『Mobile Suit Gundam』 series. The 『Mobile Suit Gundam: The Origin Exhibition』 will display a number of illustrations that were completely supervised by Yasuhiko, and original goods using illustrations drawn exclusively for the exhibition will also be on sale.

On the official Twitter account, 「FW GUNDAM CONVERGE Gundam & Zaku II for Char (fully armed)」 and 「Duplicate miniature color paper drawn by Yoshikazu Yasuhiko」 are introduced as ticket information with limited goods for the Kanazawa venue, which makes me very curious.

What is the true meaning of Yoshikazu Yasuhiko’s “last Gundam” comment?

At the completion of the 『Mobile Suit Gundam: The Island of Cruz Doan』 movie (released in June 2022) in May, director Yoshikazu Yasuhiko commented on an earlier event in which he said something like, 「This is the last Gundam」.
