Toshl Ryugen practiced hard with “Taiko Team Hayabusa” for the premium concert, and his right thumb is a proof of their hard work.

Vocalist RYUGEN Toshl practiced with the members of 「Taiko Team Hayabusa」 who will perform with him on September 24 (Sun.) before 『Ryugen Tosh’s Premium Concert: Shiawase ni narundayo』 at the Ishikawa Ongakudo Hall. It seems that it was quite hard, and they confirmed the marks of their efforts on the thumb of their right hand.

Impressions of Taiko Team Hayabusa

The premium concert will feature special guest rakugo storyteller Taihei Hayashiya, and local guests 「Taiko Team Hayabusa」 and 「YOSAKOI Soran KANAZAWA Millon Shine」 are scheduled to perform.

Ryugen Toshihiro visited Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture on September 6. In his blog, he reflected on his practice with Taiko drum team Hayabusa, saying, 「It was awesome!」 He recounted the experience on his blog.

The base of his right thumb had peeled off, and he said, 「This pain is proof that I have practiced!　It makes me happy」.

Taiko Team Hayabusa is based in Hakusan City and currently has six members. Ryugen Toshiyoshi says of his impression of the young people, 「They are pure and hard working! Wonderful! They gave me a lot of inspiration!」 He said, “I am looking forward to the show.

Ryugen and the relationship between the city and Kanazawa

Did you know that Toshi Ryugen, better known as 「Toshl」 the vocalist of X JAPAN, is actually also an artist?

On July 31, during a live studio appearance on the news and information program 『Humuhumu』 (HAB Hokuriku Asahi Broadcasting), in addition to the premium concert, he also announced that 『Painting Exhibition: Shiawase ni narundayo』 would be held at Ishikawa Music Hall from September 19 to 24.

He mentioned that he has a studio in Kanazawa and often visits there. I heard that the works for the 『Painting Exhibition』 were also painted in Kanazawa. If the September event is a success, our ties to Kanazawa will become even deeper.

Incidentally, Ryugen Takashi appeared live for nearly an hour on the September 6 broadcast of 『My Neighbor Telekinchan』 (TV Kanazawa).
