Opened at Kanazawa Hyakubangai Rinto for a limited time.
It will be open from Tuesday, November 1 to Monday, November 14, 2022.
「Kimuraya’s」 Anpan are made with sake-type dough and the refined sweetness of Tokachi azuki beans.
Anpan is the original Anpan.
At the time of its founding, there was a lack of yeast, so they began using sake seed instead.
The traditional taste, which has not changed for more than a century and a half, is a thin crust bread with a slight aroma of malted rice and filled with Tokachi azuki beans, making it a very satisfying treat.
「Kimuraya’s」 original Anpan will be available in Kanazawa for a limited time only.
You can find 「Kimuraya’s」 anpan at Rinto in Kanazawa Hyakubangai.
