Umakara Ramen 「Akadaruma」 will open in Irie, Kanazawa City.

The soup has a rich pork bone base and is full of raayu and chili peppers.

In addition, there is plenty of meat paste.

It is full-bodied, yet sharply spicy and addictive.

This is a truly “umakatsu” ramen that is sure to be a repeat customer and addictive.
