The owner bakes her own bread every day using domestic wheat and Kodama yeast, as well as Hamashio salt from the Suzu Kakuhana family, and other carefully selected ingredients.
The bakery offers a wide variety of breads, such as hamashio an buttered bread, melon bread, chiffon cake, and foccacia with vegetables, which is a meal-type bread.
