「Sasaraya」, a specialty rice cracker store known for its Shiroebi senbei, has opened a pop-up store at a special venue next to the elevator on the B1 floor of Korinbo Yamato (until April 12). The store offers a lineup of 「Sasaraya’s」 popular rice crackers, including 「Shiroebi Sen」.
The lineup of the 「Sasaraya」 pop-up store, a part of the lineup!
The pop-up store is currently selling 「Shiroebi-Sen」, thin rice crackers made of Toyama rice and kneaded with shiroebi, the jewel of Toyama Bay (10 crackers: 540 yen, 18 crackers: 1080 yen, 27 crackers: 1620 yen, 36 crackers: 2160 yen), 「Kokiriko」, a set of six rice crackers (bag: 540 yen, medium bag: 756 yen, small box: 1080 yen), 「Kakiyama no Sato」 (three bags of rice crackers, kaki mochi and rice crackers for 1080 yen, without cracks or chips).
This is the first time 「Sasaraya」 has opened a store in Korinbo Yamato. The restaurant was opened with the hope that 「people in Ishikawa Prefecture will learn more about the charms of Sasaraya」. Although it is rather short-lived, lasting only about a week until April 12, those who stop by Korinbo should take this opportunity to take a look.
