Hippo bakery 「hippo」 with a cute hippo character has opened in Musashi-machi, Kanazawa.
May 3 is the pre-opening and Thursday, May 11 is the opening.

At 「hippo (Hippo Bakery)」, they bake different kinds of bread, such as brown sugar bread with raisins and walnuts, and 100% whole wheat bread.
Brown sugar-based bread is sweet and can be eaten as is or lightly toasted.
The 100% whole wheat bread is a healthy bread made with soy milk and soy butter.
A 「kabakoppe」 in the shape of the store’s character, 「Hippo」, is also available.
It is cute with sweetened butter sandwiched in between and will be appreciated by small children.
These breads are prototypes, so expect to see which ones will be on the shelves on opening day!
