「KIYO/BOULANGERIE SAVOURY」, a high-end fresh dorayaki & salted truffle bread store, will open in Kanazawa City.
The opening date is scheduled for late April.

「KIYO/BOULANGERIE SAVOURY」 is a collaboration between 「KIYO」, a dorayaki specialty store offering a selection of fresh dorayaki, and 「BOULANGERIE SAVOURY」, a bread specialty store with a sticky texture.
Fluffy crust with yam, fresh dorayaki filled with Hokkaido azuki beans and fresh cream, and a lineup of salted bread with plenty of Hokkaido butter, Maldom’s smoked salt and truffles.
The fine dorayaki and salted truffle bread were jointly developed by artisans and patissiers.
While I am interested in the fresh dorayaki, I am also curious about the salt bread with truffles sprinkled with smoked salt.
