「Owari-cho Yuu」, a Japanese-style restaurant in a secluded spot in Kanazawa, relocated and opened 【Kanazawa Opening】

「Yuu」, a restaurant where you can enjoy Japanese cuisine in a hideaway space in a renovated 150-year-old townhouse, will relocate from Owari-cho to Musashi-machi.

The opening date is Sunday, March 13, 2023.

「Yuu」 is a 「Michelin」 listed restaurant where you can enjoy aged fish and sake.

「Yuu」 is a Michelin-listed restaurant that has won the Bib Gourmand award and is one of Kanazawa’s most talked-about restaurants.

The menu features seasonal fish aged with the restaurant’s unique techniques, a technique or two. You can enjoy kappo cuisine that is hard to find not only in Kanazawa City but also in the whole country.

The menu changes daily as we use fresh ingredients delivered daily. You can enjoy new tastes every time you visit.

The owner carefully selects sake from all over Japan to pair perfectly with his dishes. Here are some of the items on the menu.

The interior of the restaurant is a traditional machiya (townhouse) that has been renovated to create a relaxing Japanese atmosphere.
