You can enjoy a variety of seasonal ingredients such as 「chestnuts」, 「pears」, 「figs」, and Kaga vegetables such as 「Uchiki red-skinned sweet chestnut pumpkin」, all of which are a sign of the fruitful autumn.
The dish is served on a three-tiered 「Ancient Foil」 stacked in a bowl decorated with gold leaf from the Kanazawa region.
