Kanazawa City’s public shared cycle service, Machinori, is a public shared cycle service that allows users to rent bicycles (for a fee) at any of the approximately 70 cycle ports in the city and return them at the nearest cycle port to their destination.

It is electrically assisted, so you can continue to ride uphill. You can register as a member through the dedicated smartphone app or utilize the one-day pass without registering as a member.
