The new location is in 「NIKUO circus」 in Kobashicho.

「LUGU」 is a Western-style restaurant offering beef cutlets, onion gratin soup, steaks, and more.
Particularly popular is the famous 「cutlet sandwich」.
A large cutlet and thickly sliced bread with cabbage. Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, the cutlet sandwich is a must-try menu item at least once when you come to 「LUGU」.
