Amaebi (sweet shrimp) is one of the winter seasonal fish landed at Kanazawa Port. They are plump, sweet, and really, really delicious.
Such amaebi have become everyone’s favorite 「bakake」.
First collaboration between Kotorippu and Kuriyama Rice Crackers
Hmm? If you thought you saw the Kotorippu collaboration the other day, thanks for remembering.
Yes, I just wrote here the other day about how 「Higashide Coffee Shop’s pudding is now Lotte’s chocolate pie」.
The latest addition to the 「Baka Bake Gotochi Series」, which began in 2015, is the first collaboration with Kotorippu. Four products were released based on the concept of “making you feel like you’ve been on a trip even at home”.
One of them is Kanazawa’s 「Amaebi Flavor with Umakuchi Soy Sauce」.
How does it taste?
The amaebi is made with a hint of umakuchi soy sauce to enhance the unique flavor of amaebi. The seasoning is made with soy sauce powder produced in Ishikawa Prefecture.
Details of the products are as follows

The same pattern as the cover of the Kotorippu guide is cute!
When placed side by side, the pattern at the top of the package and the pattern at the top of the Kotorippu Guide are identical.
All four types are made in the same way. It’s like a collaboration product with a lot of attention to detail.
If Corona doesn’t converge, I won’t be able to travel, so I’m even more eager to try the local series of snacks.
Enjoy the traveling feeling with sweets now, and surely one day you’ll go for the real thing.
