The snow on Saturday and Sunday was amazing.
It was so beautiful to see Higashi Chaya-machi and Kanazawa Shrine in the snow. But it’s hard to shovel snow and move around, so I’m glad it was just fluffy powder snow.
Today, the 「Old Noritake exhibition」 will be held.

Charm of Old Noritake
Noritake is Japan’s first luxury ceramics brand. Have you at least heard of it?
The Old Noritake brand products were exported to Europe and the United States during the Meiji and Taisho periods.
It has long enjoyed a steady popularity not only in Japan but also abroad, but it may not be so obvious to those who are not familiar with or interested in branded tableware.
Old Noritake has a variety of designs, from gorgeous ones with gilding to elegant, simple patterns and floral motifs, but each piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind.
Delicate and elaborate techniques and beautifully and carefully drawn patterns. It really feels like a work of art in itself. It is worth a look for those who love antiques and art. Take a look if you like.
