「Jugatsuya」 opened 17 years ago as a sister restaurant of the famous Japanese restaurant 「Zeniya」 in Higashi Chaya-gai, where few restaurants existed at the time.
The building is an elegant teahouse that has been in existence since the Edo period.
At the time, it attracted a lot of attention because of its location, which was also frequented by tourists.
The menu includes kaiseki cuisine, curry with gold leaf, sweet dishes, and other dishes typical of Kanazawa, a city of arts and crafts.
