Kanazawa City has called for crowdfunding through the hometown tax payment system for 「Everyone’s Home Stadium Project」 to enhance the new civic soccer stadium that is under construction for opening in 2024, and the response has been tremendous.
Haruna Munemura, a theater actress living in Ishikawa Prefecture who narrated the 『Everybody’s Home Stadium Project PR Video』, tweeted on September 21, 「Surprised to hear that the Kurafan was completed in only 3 days! So many people are expecting so much」, she tweeted.
Tuegen Kanazawa’s new home stadium
Tuegen Kanazawa, a professional soccer club whose home town is Kanazawa City, Nonoichi City, and all of Ishikawa Prefecture, has high expectations for its new soccer stadium, which will also serve as its home stadium from the 2024 season.
According to the image of the maintenance, the 「Field Seats」 are powerful seats that allow people in wheelchairs to watch the game from the same vantage point as the players. The 「Group Seats」 are bench sofa type seats, so you can watch the games with your family or friends in a relaxed atmosphere. The 「Terrace Seats」 are suitable for families with small children, as they have a kids’ space and tables for meals.

The Kanazawa Citizens’ Soccer Field Redevelopment Project, which called for making the new Kanazawa Citizens’ Soccer Field 「Everyone’s Home Stadium」, began accepting donations on September 16, and as of September 21, 365 people had supported the project with a total of 「13,112,012 yen」, or 「131.1%」 of the target amount of 「10,000,000 yen」. This is more than the goal of 10,000,000 yen.
Donation period: September 16, 2022 – December 31, 2022 (107 days), so we are still looking to collect more.
