ISHIRIBI College of Hairdressing and Cosmetology to hold traditional hair and makeup show “Bishinden 2023” 【Kanazawa Topics】

Students who aspire to become barbers or beauticians and those interested in fashion will be familiar with this event.Ishikawa College of Barbering and Beauty, known as 「Ishiribi」, will hold a 「Hair and Makeup Show Bishinden」 on September 30 as part of its open campus. What is ISHIRIBI?

At Ishikawa College of Hairdressing and Cosmetology, affectionately known as 「ISHIRIBI」, students are studying daily to become barbers, beauticians, beauty therapists, and estheticians. The motto of the school is 「Ishiribi that never stops, Ishiribi that makes it happen」.

ISIRIBI is known as the only Tony & Guy educational partner school in Ishikawa Prefecture. By studying there, students can 「acquire world-class, on-the-job skills in Kanazawa」. The school has won various awards at student technical competitions throughout Japan, which shows the high level of its basic technical skills.

Serious Hair and Makeup Show Bishinden

ISIRIBI holds an open campus every month. There are hands-on lectures, communication time with teachers, and other opportunities to learn about the atmosphere of the school and the barbering and beauty industry.

On Saturday, September 30, the traditional ISIRIBI 「hair and makeup show Bishinden」 is scheduled to be held.

The YouTube channel 「Ishikawa College of Hairdressing and Cosmetology」 has a digest video of 「Bishinden」 held so far, and it is impressive to see the serious expressions on the students’ faces from the preparation stage to the actual event. The moment the winning team was announced at the end was like watching a grueling audition.
