In other words, it is a treasure trove of opportunities to interact with people from all over the world.

It would be great to learn a little bit about the language and culture of various countries.

There is also a self-introduction challenge.

The lecture is about learning culture and exchange, so it will be a valuable experience to try self-introduction in Thai language, and to have a Muay Thai style performance.

Thailand has different cultures in the north and the south, so it is fun just to learn about the differences by getting real stories from two people from each area.

Incidentally, there are also two types of Thai massage: the northern Chiang Mai style, which emphasizes stretching, and the Bangkok style, which incorporates a good balance of stretching and shiatsu.
