【Dinette】 is a pasta restaurant located in Kanazawa that offers a very impressive pasta dish with peaches, muscats, beef cheeks, and wagyu beef on top of the pasta.
The toppings are unique, but the noodles are of high quality and the appetizers are also well known for their deliciousness.
Peaches and hamburgers over pasta
A hamburger steak on top of pasta reminds me of Kanazawa curry, which is made by putting pork cutlets and sausage on top of curry. It’s like enjoying two or three times in one dish.
One wonders whether peaches go well with crab⁉, but pasta with peaches and crab on top is a rare treat!
It is a luxury to think that you can eat rice and enjoy sweets at the same time.
In Japan, it is hard to imagine pasta and fruits being cooked together, but in Italian and French cuisine, fruits are often included in pasta and salads!
