Sake lovers, the season of 「Hatsu Shibori」 has come again this year!
What’s 「Hatsu Shibori」 mean?
「Hatsu Shibori」 is an annual spring campaign to sell fresh sake made from new fall rice and bottled freshly squeezed during the winter.
Organized by the Ishikawa Federation of Sake Brewers Associations, the Hokuriku-Sanzen Wholesale Sake Brewers Association, and the Ishikawa Federation of Retail Sake Brewers Associations. The sake will be released from 20 breweries in the prefecture. All of them are fresh, fruity, and delicious sake, so it’s hard to decide which one to buy.
