Expectations are high for Yukari Yamada on piano and Kenshi Okada, aka &#8220;Okaken the Singing Narrator,&#8221; who will read the piece (titles omitted).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The first part of the concert will be a mixture of classical pieces, \u300cAnimal Song Medley\u300d to introduce the instruments, \u300cMy Neighbor Totoro Medley\u300d by a woodwind quintet, and \u300cUnder the Sea\u300d familiar from Disney&#8217;s \u300eThe Little Mermaid\u300f, a selection that children will be familiar with.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Among brass bands, the two most difficult instruments to play are the \u300coboe\u300d, which uses a double reed to produce sound, and the bassoon, which uses a double reed and has 29 keys, making it difficult to finger (sorry for the Hakata dialect).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/kanazawa.local-now.jp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/mizumoto_yoshie_profile_20230625.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8274\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Yoshie Mizumoto profile photo (image from \u300eAqua Musica\u300f website)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fumiaki Miyamoto, father of violinist Shori Miyamoto, is known as a former oboe player. During his active years, he played in NHK&#8217;s morning TV series &#8220;Asuka&#8221; and commercials, so you have probably heard his sound somewhere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the other hand, some of you may know bassoon players because Taeko Suzuki appeared on a variety show. But in any case, they are not as recognized as trumpet, saxophone, flute, and horn, right?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here I would like to introduce its wonderful sound from the YouTube channel \u300cTaeko Suzuki\u300d.
