\u300cKIYO\/BOULANGERIE SAVOURY\u300d is a collaboration between \u300cKIYO\u300d, a dorayaki specialty store offering a selection of fresh dorayaki, and \u300cBOULANGERIE SAVOURY\u300d, a bread specialty store with a sticky texture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fluffy crust with yam, fresh dorayaki filled with Hokkaido azuki beans and fresh cream, and a lineup of salted bread with plenty of Hokkaido butter, Maldom’s smoked salt and truffles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The fine dorayaki and salted truffle bread were jointly developed by artisans and patissiers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While I am interested in the fresh dorayaki, I am also curious about the salt bread with truffles sprinkled with smoked salt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
