The popular Kanazawa City cafe \u300cEthnica\u300d, which has been temporarily closed since the end of 2022, will reopen!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The opening date is Friday, April 1, 2023, with a pre-opening from Tuesday, March 28 to Friday, March 31.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Space Curry merges with Ethnica to create a new spiced curry caf\u00e9, \u300cEthnica\u300d.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\u300cEthnica\u300d is a caf\u00e9 where customers can enjoy spiced curries and baked goods with a Middle Eastern motif.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cosmo Curry, which had been closed since the end of last year but had been open as a nightclub, was merged with \u300cEthnica\u300d and reborn as a new spiced curry caf\u00e9.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The old Ethnica had blue walls that created an ethnic atmosphere, but the new Ethnica has a more modern feel with a drastically different wall color.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The owner will also be selling plates, spoons, and other tableware selected by the owner, which is a lot of fun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The menu will continue to feature original spiced curry, as well as puddings and cakes that have been well received.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The dishes are a mix of Japanese ingredients and various spices, just as the concept says, \u300cA piece is like a universe\u300d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Curry, omelette rice, and cakes are also spiced with unexpected flavors, and one bite may open up a new universe for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new \u300cEthnica\u300d is a new type of cafe filled with such enthusiasm of the owner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Canul\u00e9s and craft colas are new additions to the menu, as well as \u300cethnica\u300d original syrups, ginger, chai, and Kaga stick tea chai.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can also take home retort curries and cakes, so you can enjoy \u300cethnica\u300d at home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To access, get off at JR Kanazawa Station and come south on Mameda Boulevard. It is near the Ishikawa Social Insurance Medical Fee Payment Fund Office, so it is easy to find by using that as a landmark.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
