130-year-old miso made with extremely cold ingredients.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The intertwining of the medium-thick, curly noodles and the rich, flavorful broth is superb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The menu has a lineup full of originality, including thick miso ramen with a melty flavored egg, spicy miso ramen, and yuzu salt ramen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is a pity that Kanazawa Forus is located near the
