Kaiseki restaurants in Kanazawa used to be known as \u300cKaiseki Tsuruyuki\u300d. The second generation chef of Tsuruyuki, Yasuo Kawata, opened \u300cKanazawa Setsuri\u300d. We introduce the charm of \u300cKanazawa Setsuri\u300d and what is happening to Tsuruyuki now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hyakurasou is a charming inn in Noto with the catchphrase “a hidden inn for adults who enjoy yugomori. Hyakurakuso has acquired Tsuruyuki. The former Tsuruyuki is scheduled to open as a luxury ryokan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
