The Kanazawa branch of the popular spicy ramen restaurant \u300cAkadaruma\u300d will open on Monday, November 15, 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u300cAka-Daruma\u300d ramen is truly “umakara” with its rich pork bone broth and generous amount of meat miso.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

For those who love ramen and spicy food, here it is!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Umakara Ramen \u300cAkadaruma\u300d will open in Irie, Kanazawa City.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The soup has a rich pork bone base and is full of raayu and chili peppers.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, there is plenty of meat paste.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is full-bodied, yet sharply spicy and addictive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is a truly “umakatsu” ramen that is sure to be a repeat customer and addictive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
