The \u300cSummer 2022 Lunch Menu\u300d consists of three dishes: \u300cTemari Gozen,\u300d \u300cMare Moco\u300d, and \u300cLinguine with Lobster\u300d. The tableware is decorated with gold leaf, known as &#8220;ancient foil,&#8221; and is placed on top of the rice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-style-default\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"960\" height=\"640\" src=\"https:\/\/kanazawa.local-now.jp\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/sub1-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2604\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The \u300cMare Moco\u300d (3,000 yen) is a Mare D&#8217;Or-style rendition of the Hawaiian dish \u300cLoco Moco\u300d. Noto beef hamburger steak, three kinds of cheese (gruyere, mozzarella, and cheddar), Noto egg, and avocado are topped on rice made from Ishikawa hyakuman grain, and cooked hot in a stone oven.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-style-default\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"960\" height=\"640\" src=\"https:\/\/kanazawa.local-now.jp\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/sub2-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2605\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u300cLobster linguine\u300d (3,000 yen) is a pasta dish using a whole lobster. The linguine noodles are flat and the americaine sauce is well mixed in, allowing the customers to enjoy the aroma and flavor of the lobster.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-style-default\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"960\" height=\"640\" src=\"https:\/\/kanazawa.local-now.jp\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/sub3-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2606\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Except for the \u300cTemari Gozen\u300d single dish of 3,500 yen, the \u300cSummer 2022 Lunch Menu\u300d soup, salad bar, and dessert corner are available.<br>You can enjoy lavish use of ingredients, local flavors and foods.
