The much-talked-about \u300cOsaki-ni-tokudane\u300d program offers a 30% discount on the Hokuriku Shinkansen Line fare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was supposed to end on March 31 of this year, but they have extended it for one year, until March 31, 2023. This is a great discount, so I’m very happy about it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seven years have passed since the opening of the Hokuriku Shinkansen line in Kanazawa<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Hokuriku Shinkansen line between Nagano and Kanazawa opened on March 14, 2015. It will soon be seven whole years. That’s fast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The term \u300cKanazawa is winning by itself\u300d was coined in reference to the significant benefits of the Shinkansen’s opening, such as the increase in tourists and the revitalization of the local economy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u300eKanazawa – Tsuruga\u300f is scheduled to open in 2024, and \u300eTsuruga – Shin-Osaka\u300f in 2046, which is a little further away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kanazawa has a really beautiful cityscape and is full of delicious food. I am sure that once you come to Kanazawa, you will fall in love with the city. I hope that as many people as possible will take advantage of the special discounts on the Shinkansen and visit Kanazawa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
