The snow on Saturday and Sunday was amazing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was so beautiful to see Higashi Chaya-machi and Kanazawa Shrine in the snow. But it’s hard to shovel snow and move around, so I’m glad it was just fluffy powder snow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today, the \u300cOld Noritake exhibition\u300d will be held.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Really, it’s a work of art.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Noritake is Japan’s first luxury ceramics brand. Have you at least heard of it?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Old Noritake brand products were exported to Europe and the United States during the Meiji and Taisho periods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It has long enjoyed a steady popularity not only in Japan but also abroad, but it may not be so obvious to those who are not familiar with or interested in branded tableware.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Old Noritake has a variety of designs, from gorgeous ones with gilding to elegant, simple patterns and floral motifs, but each piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
